Tina’s Egg Salad
6 eggs, Boiled, Peeled and Chopped and Chilled
4 Tbsp. Chopped Celery, Very Fine
1 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
1/3 Cup Mayo
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
Combine Eggs, Celery, Chives with Salt and Pepper. Mix Mayo and Dijon together and add to egg mixture. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
