This past weekend Wexford hosted a very special Tuscan Symphony Dinner Under the Stars- featuring live music from a violinist, pianist and conductor from the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra! Perfect weather and a picturesque harbour backdrop set the stage for what was a most memorable evening.
Executive Chef Frank Copeland and his culinary team enhanced the experience by showcasing a classic Italian menu that included passed hors d’ oeuvres, followed by a seated family-style dinner with Artisanal Pasta, Chicken Scaloppini and Grilled Heritage Pork Marsala with accoutrements, and topped off with shared plates of Biscotti, Chocolate Panna Cotta and Arborio Rice Pudding with Orange and Mint.
According to one Wexford member, “Without a doubt, last evening was one of the best events we have attended in our almost 15 years as Wexford residents. Jennifer and her staff did an outstanding job. The food prepared by Frank and his staff was incredible. Having the pianist,violinist and the conductor from the symphony made it a magical evening. We are looking for an encore of this event.We truly felt we had been transported to an elegant terrace in Tuscany. It was an evening that you did not want to see come to an end. Bravo!”
